Referee contact details

The referees form asks you for the name and contact details of three referees related to your selected projects.

One of these referees must be a client or employer (ie the building owner or the person who engaged you to do the work). The other referees must include two of: site supervisor, subcontractor, consulting engineer or design consultant. There must be at least one referee for each project.

The people you nominate must know you and understand the work you did on the relevant project. Each referee may only have knowledge of some aspects of your work on these projects, but in total they must be able to confirm the competence of all the work you described in your project records.

Ask each of the referees to sign and date on the form. Send these forms back with your application. The assessor will contact your referees during the assessment.

Note: Your referees cannot be members of your own family.
