Geoff Fletcher Architects Limited 

Geoff Fletcher Architects Ltd is a small design-focused group of architects offering services to private clients and developers, generally in housing and light commercial.  They are now working with larger development companies on producing more efficient but quality housing. 

The group works on evolving housing types, taking small land areas to significantly reduce required infrastructure.  Their design work emphasises good facilities and privacy for occupants in a cost-effective and sustainable way.

Judges' comments

Geoff Fletcher’s whimsical idea incorporates loft spaces in the roof, separate extra bedroom pod, and simple and effective planning. This design combines a recognisable traditional pitched roof forms with some unusual and clever ideas.
