As part of your application to become a licensed building practitioner you need to demonstrate your knowledge of the regulatory environment that relates to your work in the building and construction industry.

This booklet contains all the information you need to know to meet this requirement for the Site 2 and Site 3 licence classes. The information relates to both licence classes unless it is specifically marked in the left hand margin as being either for Site 2 or for Site 3 applicants.

You need to take time to read and understand the content - your assessor will be asking you some questions about the content as part of the application process.
