Part C includes:


There are forms and certificates necessary for planning and building a unit title development. Land Information New Zealand requires that these forms contain certain information. There are also forms and certificates necessary for the running of a body corporate. These forms and certificates are all prescribed by regulation.

The Department is not consulting on these forms and certificates as the content, largely, is prescribed by the Act.
